Shannon says today, Monday, everything is going well–the doctors are very pleased with how the new liver is already working and becoming active–it is responding well. Her blood pressure is still fluctuating. Cassie is getting to take in clear liquids and she says it is the best Sprite she has ever had. She is able to sit up in bed now. Shannon and Danny ask that everyone continue the prayers that the new liver continues to work so well. They are hoping that without any setbacks she might be out of the ICU Wednesday. Cassie is at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. The family is staying at the Ronald McDonald House, Room 30, Shannon Potter, 350 Erkenbrecher Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229.
